- The CCA will help connect the Employee with the Doctor and enable the video consultation.
- CCA will maintain a call log of the consultation
- Follow-up consultations (if required) between the Doctor and Employee will be arranged by the CCA
Our CCA(s) would strive to ensure that all requests of the Employee(s) are fulfilled within a reasonable time line to the satisfaction of the Employee(s).
